HOUSTON!! WE HAVE A PROBLEM!! As some of you will remember around the beginning of November i came down with a bit of a bug/ virus that absolute knocked me me for six. It was probably the illest i can remember being in my life. Not being sick but feeling absolutely drained, knackered, regular visits to the bathroom (very regular). Feeling freezing cold but sweating pints and pints of water. Not feeling hungry or thirsty, could hardly get out of bed. It was awful. Well, newsflash we think Mum may have it or something similar.
When i was poorly I remember lying in bed fully clothed under the duvet with no air con on and could not get warm and then in the night literally dripping with sweat. It was, honestly, horrendous. The one thing i remember as Mum had looked after the beef and still helped the motorhome to function and keep on top of everything of her own. I constantly thought, i hope it is not a bug because if Mum was to get it the whole world would stop. Well, Mum has pretty much been in bed all day today and we are just about surviving me and the Beef. To be fair when i was ill he was really good, and he has been the same today, he has spent a lot of the day on the back bed with Mum keeping her company so he has been a legend today. It is almost as if he knows someone isn’t great so he needs to tow the party line.

About 6pm i threw him in his push chair and we went for a sea front walk to give Mum some quiet time and we walked our usual 5km but it was wildly windy. It was like walking through a hurricane i have never seen anything like it. It was proper proper windy, thank god the sun canopy was in. We were out for about 45 minutes and Mum was still asleep when we got back so we sat at the front of the Moho and put some TV on, we have bought Wonka on Amazon Prime so hopefully going to get round to watch that soon. Hopefully not as long as we have been waiting to watch Mr Bates Vs Post Office. I have promised myself by the end of Feb that will be watched. Although it never quite seems the same after the hype has settled.
Another month in and another month of the diary entry. That is a diary entry for over 14 months now and i hope you have enjoyed them. I have always tried to keep them as truthful as possible and as close to our actual life. One of the nicest things i heard was what Edwina said but i have talked about that before and the last you all want and need to hear on a Sunday morning is me blowing smoke up my own bottom. I wont forget those words in a hurry.
