On what we had promised to ourselves would be our last day in Albufeira we got ourselves showered and tidy and then started the mile or so walk into the town. I was adamant I was going to fish so we took my rod and tackle down. I fished for 4 minutes and lost my lure. Fishing trip over. We have discovered a little short cut from Camping Albufeira where if you stick left on the path then you go through the subway and into the top of town. They have an amazing painted subway which is an under water theme.
I had planned on having a thrifty February but we are out again. As it is such a tourist hot spot it was particularly cheap either but the food was nice none the less. I had a tex mex burger, I love jalapeños so it was nice to have them having not done so in a little while. I have been suffering a little bit with a condition called Albufeira belly which is the Algarve version of Delhi belly. I think it is the beer to be honest.
Looking at our plans for the next couple of days. We are planning on doing 3 of Portugal’s top 10 wonders tomorrow as long as we can get packed up early doors. We have been talking about doing a daily video as well as a daily diary entry for Morocco but trying to work out what we would need SIM card wise and time. I’m sure it can be done, just see how it can be done logistically…. Never say never! Happy Valentine’s Day all x
