It seems as what Mum had may have been a bit of a whirl wind 24 hour thing as she seems a little bit brighter this morning. Someone said to me yesterday actually something which is absolutely true. They said “sleep fixes everything” and to be fair that is a pretty good statement. Sometimes you just need to sleep whatever it is off and then let your body recover. Especially if you have had a bad tummy and you just need to drink plenty of water and try and rehydrate yourself.
We were planning on having a fajita party tomorrow but with Mum being not 100% didn’t want to risk Mums tummy by feeding her some relatively spicy fajitas and stuff. So we have decided to go and do a bit of adventuring. I have looked on an excursion website and one of the things they talk about is Taroudannt and the big walls of the medina so i think we are going to go there. It is about 2 hours away drive and will be ncie to have a night away and see something a bit different. We will obviously leave most of our stuff in our awning at Atlantica parc so we dont lose out pitch.

There is also an oasis near by as well so will go and have a bit of a weekend away nice and relaxing to cheer Mum up and nurse her back to full health and do a bit of adventuring. We managed a walk this morning but it wasn’t the usual 5km that we would normally do but it is better to do something than northing so even though we only managed a couple of KM a bit of fresh sea air is good for the soul if nothing else. On our walk we bumped into Michelle and Dazzler and we agreed some very low key beverages this evening with it being Friday and all.
After we got back we had received the message from those guys who instead of some low key beverages at ours invited us for a BBQ at there’s. So that was it 6pm round there and to be honest one thing we have probably not had since we have been here is a good old BBQ. Which is strange really because as the weather is always nice you would assume that you would have BBQs all the time. Whether that is because it is just us and normally BBQs are big social events, who knows. With everything those guys do it was executred excellently and they had a Webber Smoker and it cooked the meat excellent. Foodwise, probably the best BBQ food i have had. Nice and simple, burgers, sausages and 1/4 chikcens served on Dazzlers surf board.
