Today we discovered the beauty of the internet in full flow. Well, we have a couple of times since we have been back actually. The first one was last week when me, Mum and the Beef were walking around the campsite to get some steps in and we met a nice chap who had been told that we were on site by his daughter so we go t talking to him for a little while and he is staying here for a fair while and then someone commented on one of our pictures from a Facebook group who recognised us by a picture on Facebook. Purely by a wind break picture so we go t talking to them and ended up heading to the Hyatt Regency Hotel where people can go in and have some drinks so it nice to have some other company. First decent drink i have had since the ferry so i was well overdue one.
This morning i did my first walk into Taghazout and back. It is about 10k there and back but it is all across the sea front and it is just such a lovely walk. The way there was better as the sun was behind me so on the way back i had to take me t-shirt off so i can use something to keep the sun off the Beefs push chair. SO that unfortunately meant that i walked 5k in the sun with no sun cream on and got a bit burnt. Nothing too wild but enough for me to know id been in the sun.
If you think the weekends go fast back home they are in a different dimension here, i cannot tell you how quickly they go. Almost in the blink of an eye Saturday is done and i am looking at a Sunday. I am hoping that the internet is sorted now, it has not been great over the last few days, the speed is fine but then every now and then it cuts out so i either have to use my UK sim or go to somewhere that has WiFi like the Bin Brahim petrol station/ restaurant or the hippy place up by the Boulangerie.
