Welcome to todays diary entry! Still reeling at the laptop loss yesterday and trying to get over it but every time i think about it it drives me barmy! We were planning on getting a new one but it was when we were ready and when the time was right so the fact that I have had my hand played for me makes me really angry. We do have another laptop but that’s not the point, all my tabs were in the same place, had loads of pictures on it and little videos of us all. I am just trying to forget about it now and try and be positive about it all.
I was working in the shop again today, i had a big change around in the shop yesterday and moved some things around and got a couple of drive away awnings out. We have been late getting drive aways out this year but that is partly because of how busy it is in the shop which i appreciate is a good problem to have but if it was me id be having a full scale change around every 6 months in line with the seasons, so end of September/ October id be getting big caravan awnings up and motorhome awnings and then April time id be looking to switch it all around with drive away awnings as we move into spring.

Being outside of it though it is easy to sit there and say that but that never takes into account how busy the shop is, the weather, time and other unforeseen circumstances like that. At least the weather forecast looks ok for this weekend, or again at least no rain. We went to my sisters today as it was my nephews birthday party. We got there about 5pm as we had finished an hour early so made good time when getting there. There was loads of people there, mainly 11/ 12 year football playing lads so there were footballs flying around everywhere so Beef was in his element there and he just kept running from one room to another, inside outside, picking footballs up throwing them. Literally loving it.
I was in bed for about 10pm as I was absolutely shattered. I quite like being the one to put him to bed, well, lay him on the back bed next to me and we put Wonka on and we watch that for a bit. It then seems a to be a little bit of a race after that between me and him about who can fall asleep first. That is a race that i almost always win as he will do whatever it takes to stay awake. I cannot thank god enough that he seems to have gotten through this latest spell of his sleeping troubles. We seem to be 6 or 7 nights in now to having good sleep.
