Welcome to todays diary entry! Do you know when you can just sense the tide of luck has definitely turned against you. I am definitively feeling like that at the moment. I am normally a huge believer in making your own luck and master of your own destiny but do you know when you just feel like pretty much everything is against you. It started a little while ago when a company i was doing some emote work just stopped paying so i am taking that through Small Claims Court so we are quite a bit of money down from where we should be (our savings that we like to keep basically), then we needed to get the radiator done and that cost double what i was expecting to get and then today, WHAM! My laptop got stolen from work today!
To explain what i mean about luck there were about 7 or 8 things that led to my laptop being sat where it was stolen from. If it wasn’t for all 7 of them happening at the same time then they wouldn’t have had the opportunity to take it. So when bad things are happening that are so unlikely to happen and they still happen to you then you know your fighting a tough battle. We always believe in Karma and are always driven by doing the right thing in case Karma does exist. For example we bought something from a supermarket the other day and it hadn’t charged us for something so we went back in and paid for it. It is not a lot but i am a huge believer that doing good things brings good things to you.

They do say they come in threes so i am just waiting patiently for the third thing to come along and hopefully it is not a big thing. The ironic thing is with savings in the bank you worry less about the things but with not being paid it now means that we don’t have that same safety cushion that we had before. Then i have been worrying about what if something happens serious to the motorhome what would we would do. So the stress of the money thing has definitely ramped up my overall anxiety, but hopefully that should sort itself out soon. I have always been a bit of a worrier.
That is why when ever we plan to go anywhere nice IE Morocco i am always so stressed in the run up to it as i am constantly stressed waiting for something to go wrong. So when i say i am an eternal optimist I can only do that on certain things. I do spend a lot of time expecting bad things to come. I always remember the anxiety i had when we were leaving Mohammedia on the final stretch to Agadir and almost looking watching every mile come off the counter to Atlantica parc and breathing a sigh of relief as we were getting closer and closer until we got there. Then i didn’t move the motorhome then for about 4 months just to try and relax a little bit with it. I am suffering quite a bit at the moment with my anxiety.
