Today was our real final prep day ready for Christmas. So we had 3 stops planned the first one one was the main one with a big trip to the Marjane to get our food in for the next weeks. Well, get our main stuff in but we don’t buy chicken breast or Moroccan sausage from the supermarkets as it is same cost as in the town here. So we only try and buy from the big shops stuff we cannot get here as there isn’t much difference really in cost. So it is mainly steak and a beef joint we bought. Along with any frozen stuff so things like nuggets and oven chips etc.
That is my only bug bear is that there isn’t a place that has a little frozen section in the town, or certainly not one that i am aware of. The next stop was one that Mum insisted one and one that to be fair she had been going on for absolutely ages about so i couldn’t really say no especially being the season of good will. So we gave the taxi driver the address and then we went to the opticians. We ordered them about 5 days ago so we just had to drive by and pick them up.

Then finally back to the Uniprix which despite going there on Wednesday we thought we had better call in and get some more beer ready for the festive period. Also, we needed to pick up our secret Santa presents and we had decided what sort of thing we wanted to get and knew that the Uni Prix would be the best place. All in all we were out for 3.15 hours and all with the same taxi driver who waited for us outside every shop so we were stuck with the shopping in any of them. Although, when we come back next year i think i would drive to places rather than the taxi experiment we have done this year
