Welcome to todays diary entry! Day 1 of life post Fegans. I messaged them this morning and asked them what time they were due to be returning to us that, despite knowing that they were. To be fair i wouldn’t have been much fun anyway i feel like i have got a bit of a bug I just feel really really lethargic and tired. Dont get me wrong i am always tired however this is different this is tired from the moment i wake up. I don’t think the light here helps as it knocks my body clock out of sync. It is literally almost pitch black here until about 08:15 so it is quite disorientating when you open your eyes in the morning and think it is about 4am and it is actually 08:15.

We have been walking after 09:00 though and because we are binge watching Yellowstone not getting to sleep until 23:30 which is probably not helping. He seems to be sleeping well and in a good routine with not sleeping in the day and it will be interesting to see how he adjusts when we get back on the road again for that week before we get back to the UK. It should be too much disruption as it will only be that first day really which will be a test of his metal. The plan is to try and dust of 6 odd hours driving on that first day to leave us enough on the following day to get to Tangier Med and get an hour up into Spain. He has always been such a good traveler.

He has never been travel sick or anything like that apart from one time when we were coming back from Essaouira in the hire car but he had just had some milk and had been watching his Ipad. So hopefully that is not something that he picks up more. Looking back at our memories it brough up one of our most favorite places we had been to. It is somewhere in Santiago De Compostela and he was only 4 or 5 months old but the woman there and the hospitality is something that we will never forget, Morocco is a bit of a funny one because in terms of generosity and kindness of people Morocco is up there with the best of them.
Although sometimes the service in restaurants is a bit slow and they could definitely make more money if they came and brought drinks faster and stuff like that they could earn a lot more money, especially from us as i have a tendency to drink fast whether it be beer or pop so they could certainly increase there takings from me. For some reason they only seem to bring drinks when they are bringing the food out. But id have a drink first then another one with the food. But i have no idea whether that is just a French thing or a Moroccan thing.
