Welcome to todays diary entry! Today was an exciting day. There is nothing more exciting than a day when you get lots of deliveries. Well today was one of those days and we had a couple of jobs done on the motorhome as well in prep for our departure which is now coming up very very quickly. The things we had done today was getting the rear blind retentioned. Well, we thought it needed to be done because the blind wasn’t coming down so we assumed that it was broke. So it was on our little list of jobs that needed doing.
So as i was in the shop the guy from the work shop came to me and advised that the blind was working absolutely fine. Although he said that when he had to take one side of the window casing off that there was a Moroccan coin that fell off the back. So it actually appears that it was fine and it was The Beef who must have dropped a coin down the back of it. We couldn’t believe it, we’d had that job on our list of things to do for ages and it was all because of a 2 year old and a Moroccan quid!

The semi air suspension has been started and they have the bags in but the wiring will need to finished off tomorrow. Finally getting moving has been quite a good thing because it prompts you to do all of the things you had been putting off for ages because you just never got round to it. Like i have ordered and had delivered today and fitted it myself may i add a new wheel trim. We had been missing one since last august when we had new tyres outside of Paris so it is nice to have shoes on all the wheels now.
I have also managed to sort of a grey waste kit for my motorhome as well which i am pleased for. The problem with our motorhome is that the waste outlet is literally smack bang in the middle of the motorhome and it isn’t like a normal tap it is a T bar handle at the rear of the motorhome. So it is really difficult when trying to drive over waste taps to be able to ditch the waste unless it is a drive over one with a long channel across otherwise it is a right pain. But when we get parked up at Agadir i will set it up so that the grey waste goes into a hole that i am going to dig at the bushes at the back of the pitch. I am going to fill it with big stones and little stones like a proper filter system but straight into the hedgerow.
