Welcome to todays diary entry! First day back in the real world today as such and one thing that i had forgotten about was just how awful the UK weather can be. Honestly when they say you can experience every season in 1 hour here they are not joking and that is absolutely the case in the North West. I always thought Devon had volatile weather but Northwich and Stoke are like nothing i have ever experienced before. It annoys me mostly because you never know whether to take a coat anywhere.
The weather starts off nice and then your too hot, coat off, gets windy and grey, coat on. Then out of no where apocalyptic rain and then it is big coat on. You cannot wear one outfit. It drives me barmy. But boy am i glad that i got my roof light resealed in Murcia because we would have needed arm bands and a dinghy to get from the front of the Moho to the other. With the rain being as bad as it has i have not seen any signs of leakage which is a good thing and i am going to get one of the lads here to do the sealing on the outside as well to double do it. But so far so good.

It is so nice to be back to see everyone here. The joys of WhatsApp and being able to work remotely is good but you cannot beat being in person it is excellent. I am just sat here now hoping for a little bit of Moroccan winter weather here now and get rid of some of this rain. I am trying to remember when summer normally beings and we should be due some good weather. Well, to be fair not even good weather. Just be dry for a day or so. I have got one eye on the weekend now as well and we will be taking the Beef to his first Stoke game.
We are having a proper family weekend and going to my sisters where we will all go the game on the Saturday and then back to hers for a curry after. On Friday it will be spent mostly i would have thought with my nephews as we have bought them loads of things back from Morocco. Some of which is genuine fakes from the market but we have probably about 5kgs of fossils that we picked up from our excursion whilst we were in Merzoga. I am looking forward to seeing my nephews, and my sister and brother too i suppose but my nephews hopefully we will be buzzing to see us. They will definitely be buzzing to see the Beef.
