Welcome to todays diary entry! Today has been the expensive day which i have been waiting for but trying to not think about. Although everything we needed to buy that is on the non A and E Leisure list is now purchased and some of them i am more excited than others. Let me take you through them individually. The first thing that i have ordered today is our brand new mattress. Lisa is particularly happy with me because i have gone too deep. When i messaged the company i said i wanted something that felt like i was sleeping on clouds because for too long now i have been sleeping on foam and i want a hotel standard mattress.
The reason i am in the dog house is because the company suggested a 6 inch mattress that was half foam and half memory foam but i had my heart set on something much much bigger than that so Lisa is worried that the Beef wont be able to climb up on the bed and that it is going to look a bit ridiculous which it may but i will be sleeping on clouds. Although lying in bed the other day on my back and looking up at the over head cupboards and wondering how close it is going to feel when i am another 5 inches closer as i opted for an 11inch mattress. Ultimately i don’t care as long as it is extra comfy!

The next 2 things we have bought are for practicality as much as anything else. The car seat we have at the moment is absolutely huge and takes up so much space so we have been looking for a new car seat which packs down much smaller. The garage area when travelling is pretty well packed so there sometimes isn’t space to put the car seat in the garage so it has to stay in the living space somewhere which is an eye sore and also takes one potential seat away from someone. SO we now have one which folds now so that once we are parked up can go under the bed. That and a new buggy as the he is right on the limit of weight that his current one can take and he hangs off half of it with his dangly legs.
We have also spoken about getting a new power bank as well as although the Jackery is now part of the furniture we just thought that something with more power would be better for us that lasts longer. As we spoke about we were approached by a company to see if we would be prepared to review it and see what our thoughts are so it was a no brainer for us and it look as though it was 3 times the power of our Jackery and comes with a solar panel that is twice as big as well so hoping that will be great for us!
