Welcome to todays diary entry! We have been to the supermarket today and i have to say i absolutely love the Supermarkets here. We opted for today because Fridays tend to be a little bit quieter than some days. We have been on a Saturday before and it is absolutely rammed sometimes and you can barely move for trolleys and things like that but today it was almost pleasant. The women went off in one direction and me and Kel went and had a look in some of the other shops on the retail park. We prefer the Marjane to the Carrefour as it is closer and i just prefer it.

We firstly went into Mr Bricolage to have a potter about in there Kel is definitely more DIY than me so for me to be in there was pointless but sometimes it is nice to just look at stuff. We then went to the electric shop where those guys bought there Air conditioning from as i am planning next year to buy a little extra fridge freezer to store more food and then when i leave give it to one of the cleaning ladies. A lot of the time the stuff that gets left behind ends up with the people that maybe don’t need it but where we can and when we leave we always tip the gardeners and the cleaners etc as a thank you. So i think we would give it to one of them.

They work out about £250 or something like that but i think overall would be the best thing as it means you just have more space to put batch cooked food or buy more food at the Supermarket or in the village and be able to store more. The Marjane is a huge supermarket and they are so so so clean and a little bit like the Hollies the fruit and the Veg is shiny and always looks so fresh. We didn’t need much as our main bounty that we were looking for was coming from our next stop which was the Uni Prix.
Last couple of times here we have stayed and had some food in the restaurant and the food once again in the supermarkets is really good and really well priced. Don’t get me wrong it isn’t a Morrisons English Breakfast as we will be going for one of those as soon as we get back. We always get the taxi driver a sandwich for his dinner as well as a little thank you for waiting for us. We love doing little things like that for people, there’s a guy on the site an OG called Naim who takes the guys on the top barrier food sometimes and buys them bits of chocolate and stuff. Which sums him up as a person. You can always judge a character by how they treat the people.
