Welcome to todays diary entry! We woke up to a WhatsApp this morning from Amanda saying that they were looking to move pitch. To be fair i don’t blame them the drums last night again and that is something like 3 or 4 nights out of the last 6 or 7. When it was Morocco independence day the other day i get that and that they may like a bit of a party for a couple of nights. No one likes a party more than me but whereas previous nights the music would stop at say 22:30 which isnt too bad last couple of nights they have been going on until midnight and beyond.
That doesn’t bother me as at that time of the night i am fast fast fast asleep and not much can wake me up it is only once it starts getting to like 4, 5 or 6 in the morning where i am a light sleeper. We also cannot risk anything waking him up and him having a meltdown and not getting back down again for an hour so after a brief consultation with Mum we decided to go with the Fegans to the reception area and get the list of pitches that were taken so we could look to get a move somewhere together.

The Brookes had moved over the other side a few days ago and it was decided that we would have a little look up there to try and get the wolf pack back together again. One thing had historically put us off being over this side is the fact that it gets the sun almost all day and it will be quite hot as the wall at the back of the pitch reflects the heat back into the pitch so even the shade is hot. Also there is a hotel at the back and the air conditioning unit can make a bit of a noise but the fegans assured us from a late night visit last night that it is not that bad because the wall deflects the sound opf the air con the other way.
We had managed to get 3 pitches together and we all started the process of moving our camps to the literal opposite end of the campsite. It was so so so hot again today and at one point Amanda recorded the temperature at 37 degrees out the back and it was just so so so hot that by the time i had finished moving us as Mum was working i had to pretty much do the whole thing on my own. I think i was inside the motorhome at about 7pm and asleep from 20:30. I was so so so exhausted and i had a chronic head ache which i put down to the heat.
