Welcome to todays diary entry! IN what is our final day off until we finally get these wheels rolling is over. We have done so much stuff today but the first few hours of it were not even spent in the Motorhome doing the jobs that i wanted to do. Both of my nephews play football so my first job this morning was to get off and to go and watch my youngest nephew play football. This is the first time i have been to watch him since her started playing football. His team typically got absolutely pumped.
The thing with Football at that age a lot of it is about who can run the fastest and who can kick the ball the hardest. The difference in stature of some of those kids though is absolutely wild. Some of them look like they are shaving and it is under 9s. It is wild to see it. My other nephew was playing later that day but it was a 45 minute drive away and then a 1.5 hour drive back to the shop to start doing the actual jobs that we need to do so i pied off watching him play. I just couldn’t afford to lose another 2 hours of the day and not get done what i need to get done.

So once i had returned back to the shop to start loading up the first thing that i needed to do was to start collecting the stuff that i had been putting onto a list for the last few weeks to pack up that list consisted of, but not exclusively toilet chemicals, 2 x Isabella Thor chairs, hose pipe, waste pipe. What makes it a little bit more difficult is almost having to pack for 2 trips. The first is the one month trip which is us making our way through Spain and Morocco to Agadir where we will then do the 2nd part of our trip which is a full camp set up.
The good news is that actually we have managed to get everything packed away into the garage and there isn’t much space left to be fair but the most imoportant thing is that it is all in there and there isn’t anything left out. Well, apart from the 12v fridge which we use as extra fridge space whilst we are parked up. I would have loved to have seen how much space we would have had if we didn’t have the awning, awning carpet, roof lining and awning footprint in the back. We would have had tons of space but i honestly believe that this time around and especially with the awning attaching to the motorhome and the age that he is that the awning will get tons and tons of usage.
