Welcome to todays diary entry! Another challenging parenting night again but to be fair it wasn’t as bad as the night before but it is still really draining but we are on top of it as much as we can now as we have the Vicks on the go now at night, Calpol and baby Ibuprofen as well before bed to try and combat it as much as we can. To be fair i am always surprised by how little he is poorly when we are away in Morocco as he never has been ill (touch wood). To be fair neither of us have been ill apart from once.
Although that time i was proper unwell and probably the most ill i can remember being in my life. That wasn’t a bug though i honestly believe to this day it was eating the nuts in the Hyatt Regency. I have never ever eaten nuts in a bar since that day. I was so so so ill. I don’t think it was a conventional bug because no one else in the motorhome got it and you would expect that if it was a tummy bug that it would rip through a motorhome like wild fire. Although it was only me that had it and having it bad. Just as i was starting a new job as well. Didn’t have a day off either just powered through.

I think he does seems a little bit better in the day today but it as soon as it gets to night time that he starts to get a bit worse and wonder whether the has a bit of a sore throat as well as he does sound a little bit Rod Stewarty to be fair. Like i say it is not as though he can tell us what is the problem he can only communicate via crying. Hopefully this will pass over soon because i am really tired and coming into a busy few weeks know and i have not got a day off for a couple of weeks so if there is a god if you can get him better asap.
All this instances of being poorly make me thank god that Mum is never poorly. I honestly don’t know what i would do if she was unwell and the motorhome couldn’t function without her so i am grateful that she has never been poorly. The thing is when the weather is good it is ok because you can go outside and give the other person some space etc but when the weather has been as bad as it has this year it wont half make me appreciate the warmer weather later this year.
