Welcome to todays diary entry! This shop is a bit of an enigma you just cannot plan with a great deal of accuracy just how busy it is going to be and today with me, Alan and Kian it was almost non stop all day it was absolutely manic there was just constantly people in wanting to give us money. It is important though that we take as much of it as we can because in the words of John Snow “Winter Is Coming” and every penny now will be useful when winter does come around. We are here for October so we will as ever do whatever we can to keep the sales rolling in as much as possible. For those of you that are interested in the shop where we work it is A and E Leisure based in the bustling metropolis that is Northwich.
They truly are an incredible group of people and the nicest guys you will ever work. I give you my word that it will be the best place you ever take you leisure vehicle to and there is nothing they cannot do. Whether it is body work, servicing, self levelling, air conditioning, air suspension or you want to buy awnings etc they are the place to go. Especially if you want to buy awnings then i am your guy and i can get you special discounts, so you know where i am if you need it.
Anyway, i digress, the day was a complete blur from about 10am until 3pm when it finally settled down. it was hectic. Grumpy Alan (self proclaimed grumpy) said it was the 2nd busiest Saturday he had known and at one point i was dealing with 3 customers at the same time which i am claiming to be a shop record. It is not a total record as the Dodges Mrs Jen/ Gina (Don’t ask) at Camper Jam last years sold 5 awnings to 5 people all at the same time. It was unbelievable to see. The type of multi tasking that only a woman could do.

To be fair to her, she is probably the best sales person the business has which is painful for me to say because i am mostly annoyed that it isn’t me but you know sometimes you just have to admit it. I think it helps being a woman to be fair, and even with all my charm, wit and charisma it isn’t enough sometimes. Although we did have a really good day in store sometimes these can be very hit and miss. And like i mentioned above given the time of year probably not what i expected.
The Beef had a meltdown in McDonalds earlier with his Mum and he has only had an hour sleep so we were absolutely over the moon when he was asleep in bed at 20:20. We almost didn’t know what to do as normally he doesn’t go to bed until after 09:30 then wakes up about 8am but he was asleep super early which was a very very rare treat and to be fair we were not quite sure what to do with ourselves. So we just sat up for a bit and chatted away then went bed early ourselves. Knowing my luck i will be awake about 4am.
