Welcome to todays diary entry! We have had another wonderful day here and all of a sudden you forget all the grief that you have had in the past from them. To be fair there is an element of me that is a bit sad that we are leaving tomorrow but onwards we must go and head to Newquay and another one of our favorite haunts Hendra Holiday Park, To be fair although it is only an extra 90 minutes away it just feels like it is too far to come as much as we do Cofton. Although there are plenty of laybys on the way here where people park. Just subconsciously it just seems too far.
We had a great night last night and another brill day today where we did a true family tradition of going on the Crazy Caterpillar. It was his first time and he handled it pretty well i mean he didn’t really bat and eye lid. In my mind i was expecting hands raised in the air screaming but there was none of that he was too busy trying to take his show off and playing with the Velcro. When i arrived at Dawlish Warren i was feeling a little delicate so on the way to the beach me, Mum and the Beef nipped into the boat house and had a shandy and him a little bowl of chips to see him through to later.

He has really taken to the beach, last time out in Morocco he hated it but now he is mobile and is happy running about he like sitting in it and throwing wet sand up in the air which mostly lands on him. He has well and truly become a real beach baby which will be good for heading south again this winter as in Agadir we are right on the beach. So it is my plan to take him tot he beach every day or at least every other day. I just hope i can take a few months off to spend it with him to make up for being so busy this summer. All the summer work is to ensure that we can go away in the winter.
I cooked my new soon to be famous 1 pot Paella which is something i have picked up from the Dodge. It is actually really easy to make and i am hoping to try and learn a few more bits before we go because i do get bored of the same foods so being able to diversify that and be able to cook more stuff will be good. As an example things like pies, i want to be able to cook pies in the air fryer and be able to cook lasagna in the air fryer as well. That is one of the only things that does frustrate although it is entirely my fault because i am quite fussy.
