Welcome to todays diary entry! Woah, we are on a hot streak! Another good night for the Beef and although i dare not dream we are out of this phase of whatever is going but i certainly can feel the difference in having 2 nights of better sleep! Most importantly though it is a sign of whatever has been bothering him is now no longer bothering him. Whether it was his teeth or not but he certainly seems to be enjoying his sleep a lot more now which in turn means we can enjoy our sleep a little bit more. That is the great things about children really is that everything has an end date and everything is just a phase.
The old itchy feet thing is starting to appear again. We have been back here now for about a month now and i must say i spend half of time time wishing i was abroad in better weather. I cannot believe just how much it has rained here it is quite astonishing how bad the weather has been since we got back in the UK. I have never known it to rain as much as it has done over the last 6 weeks. People are always so quick to point out that it has been like this for the whole winter. To be fair i have mainly been thinking about Northern Spain and getting back to Santander or San Sebastian.

The weather definitely impacts my mood and it is not just that it is about getting some fresh air for Mum and Beef and when the weather is like this then there is no point going outside and to be honest we are probably not equipped clothes wise for weather that is this bad. It has shocked me and i am not sure weather (pun intended) that is because we had so little whilst we were in Morocco that this is just normal. However it feels far from normal.
One positive is the weather seems to be holding up for next week, with the long term weather forecast now I can see the whole of the coming weekend and it seems to be getting better which is a surprise and as it stands there is not any rain. It is also appearing to be quite warm as well so fingers crossed it stays like that. There has been many a sip of tea spilt between lip and cup so I wont count my chickens until they have hatched but so far it is looking good! I am so looking forward to next weekend and proper nice weekend away.
