Welcome to todays diary entry! Our last pack up for a little while and our last pack up in Europe for hopefully no more than 5 months. I’d love to be back in Europe for September/ October ready for my winter seasonal pitch in Africa. As we have done a bit of travelling now in Morocco think i am going to be quite content sitting in the sun for 5 or 6 months again. With the occasional weekend away to see some stuff locally but keeping my base in Tamraght. It will be strange slumming it again in a UK campsite when we get to Devon especially not having the heated floor in the shower cubicle.
I am absolutely ready for home and cannot wait. To be fair most looking forward to seeing my Mum, you know that will be 6 months outside of the country and 6 months away from everyone so i am ready to come back. We have 3 days to do 3 hours a day with some free park ups highlighted along the way. We have a history of doing big slogs rather than short burst and the thought of driving 3 hours feels like nothing when in the past i have done 10+ hour blasts.

We have mixed emotions leaving here and we have enjoyed it but it reminded me of Cofton to an extent and with that brought an element of home sickness. The facilities are absolutely 5* here and the staff have been great, although like i have mentioned what has let it down for us (selfishly) is that it has been mostly Spanish. Which in Spain in absolutely what you would expect and i appreciate that is a very British mentality assuming that everyone should cater to us all of the time.
To be fair we have been very well organised and at the close of play today we have literally everything packed away apart from electric cable and the carpet we have outside but literally everything else is packed. We have had another massive clear out again and somethings have been culled which will be replaced when we get back to the UK for example our Cadac has been binned now but we are going to buy a new one when we get back but one of the rectangle shaped ones that will pack away better rather the the egg shaped Cadac we have now which takes up loads of room. So hopefully a better packing shape Cadac and some different chairs that are flat. The Otwell ones we have despite being so comfy are just too big to carry around with us.
