Welcome to todays diary entry! Our second goodbye meal in 2 nights and our 2nd of 3 on the bounce. This time it is to say goodbye to Chris and Lyn Freeman who have been here for a couple of spells this winter. The first time wasn’t on a pitch because it was when it was crazy busy at the time and for a few days but second time around they managed to get onto a pitch and they have thoroughly enjoyed here (once they got onto a pitch). Most people that we have spoken agree that this place is the best one in Morocco.
We often online get a lot of stick for saying that as people all have their own views and their opinions which is absolutely fine all i can do if offer mine. I am not saying for one second that there are not other campsites out there which are nice and over the next 4 weeks i am planning on seeing some of them. However, based on our circumstances being a family with a young child there is no place better than this. Location wise it is incredible, facilities are incredible, the staff incredible.

We are quite far into our slow pack down now with everything out of the awning. We have had another large clear out of stuff and with the stuff that the Beef has grown out of we have given to people on the campsite for there relatives or for them to do as they wish with. Even his play pen will be going, he is too clever for his own good now and he finds that the play pen is a punishment rather than somewhere he can run a bout and kick his legs about. I cannot tell you how heart breaking it is to be packing up and saying good bye.
There is still no sign of either of the carpet guy or of the reversing camera guy and i am getting twitchy with it now. I don’t know how long it takes to do carpets but i cannot see it being a quick in and out job for him to be doing a good job of it all. I have told him hundreds of times that i am leaving on Friday early doors and he seems confident that he will get it done so i have to install absolute blind faith beyond all reason that it will be done on time. I think i will feel a bit calmer once all of those things are done because they are really the only things keeping us here post Friday but like i say i am not going to worry aboutt hem anymore because they have both told me that it will be done.
