Welcome to todays diary entry! Annoyingly I find myself counting down the nights until we leave. We currently sit at 11 nights until we leave this site. It always makes me laugh because normally 11 nights would historically seem like a long time but when you have been somewhere for as long as we have i guess it is physiological and based on percentages so we have maybe 5% of our time left here. I will instantly set a timer for when we come back here to enjoy the lovely African sun whilst everyone else is stuck in the miserable UK gloom.
We are pretty much making our way to walking 10k a day now and this was another day where we completed it. I just love this walk in the morning but also in the evening because it feels like we are racing the sun to try and get back before it gets dark. I can never imagine the thought of walking 10k around Stoke on Trent, partly because you would probably walk through most of it already but i do really enjoy walking and, you just wait and see this time in the winter i will be running it. I want you to hold me to it. Or i want an electric bike and instead of running i will do the full 10k to Taghazout and back (but on an electric bike) with Beef on the back

We have actually got loads to sort out before we go, we are getting some painting done on the front of the motorhome, need to get the reversing camera sorted again. We are not keeping our drive away awning we have decided to try and find another plan. We have simply not used it enough to warrant carrying the 50kg around with us all the time. It is basically a very expensive space for the air fryer. So we are going to get a cover that fits over the top of our table so we will have a kitchen table outside for an air fryer and an induction hob and a table cloth that goes over the top. It gets so wet over night here. To be honest if I told you, you 100% wouldn’t believe me. When you wake in a morning there is puddles of water on your table and all sort so would need something to keep electrics dry.
The other option is to get some kind of a pop up gazebo which will just live in the corner of our pitch. We have discussed whether we can buy 2 large wind breaks and use them to contain the Beef as that is going to be next years problem is trying to keep him from going AWOL. SO we though a couple of big wind breaks at the front of the pitch to keep him in so he can still roam about but cannot get on the road and get on the N11 and head for Algeria as he is that kind of child. I do love him though,
