The Beef was 7 months old today. It is mad how much and how quickly he has come on! He is absolute belter! He is so funny, I understand parenting a lot more now. How you can go to pulling your hair out 1 minute having had a stressful morning to forgetting about it all with one funny noise or a big gummy smile. The teething is dragging on though it is doing my head, think we have been saying how imminent they were back in January.
Exhibit A – What a cute lad!
Today is our first full day without Ness and Gee it will be interesting to see how our behaviour pattern changes whilst those guys enjoy themselves unlimited. We have no booze and done a big shop so hopefully not too expensive. We have new neighbours, another English couple do there is 4 of us in a row now. There’s Tracy who is someone Ness met in an old Iveco, there’s Ness and Gee, us and our new neighbours. Our new neighbours were already here but wanted s better pitch. They have been here for 4 months and will do 6 in total. We would love to do the same next year. Devon in November then sim to get here in 4 days and pack everything you’d need for 6 months. That’s got us thinking.
Iv been asked to up my hours this week so the Financial Director has allowed me 7 hours of work. Which should be good and the money better. Ideally I want to start putting money back in. The difference since I started doing a bit and a bit of budgeting has made a difference. In order for us to do this full time we would need a motor home so need to save up for that. To be honest we have started planning how to do it but it may take 12 months of surviving as opposed to thriving but we could certainly be in a position where next year we have a motor home and full digital nomading, if that is even a real word.
