These lates on a Monday and a Tuesday are fierce. Like i say because we are an hour ahead i don’t finish until 9pm France time and it is dark outside. The reason we like to travel is to avoid the dark early nights. I say that with a blind optimism because i have no idea really what time it goes dark in Morocco in winter or really how warm it is going to be in December etc but i will tell you one thing it has to be better than the UK.
My excitement for Morocco is getting more and more as the days pass. What is strange is that i was never this excited before to get there but i just love it there now and also having seen how expensive stuff is in France looking forward to getting there, getting camp set up. I think one of the reasons i am so excited is because of how we manged to survive there before in the camper and to not be able to get there in our Moho with an air fryer and all the mod cons of a toilet in our unit etc. I just cannot wait.
I also think that it is partly down to the sense of relief as well. We have spoke in great depth about people who travel full time and then get stuck at home in the UK. You always are mindful of that potentially happening and we had a hell of a lot of stuff to do like sell the caravan, try and sell the motorhome, getting rid of all of our belongings. Getting rid of the storage unit. Finding, buying and kitting out a Moho. We have achieved a hell of a lot in a relatively short time and completed most of those objectives and then getting back out ready for some winter sun. I am well chuffed we did it!! Roll on November in Agadir!
