Another hot day here in the ‘Bourg. I cannot believe the god send this air con is. I don’t know what we would have done without it. We have used it considerably more than I anticipated already. I suppose those that is one of the benefits of free electric at some of these park ups. We couldn’t have used it at all if it wasn’t for the 230v.
The Beef has been in top top top spirits last few days. He is well and truly over the viral infection. Think he has well and truly re-established his travelling legs again. This park up is a bit strange some days there is only us here and then other times it is absolutely heaving. I suppose once you’ve been into Luxembourg City and had a potter about there is not a massive amount to do. I would come back though, definitely would, ideally in the football season as there is a football pitch at the bottom.
I got up early this morning and managed to walk just under 5k. I am a huge advocate of early morning exercise. In my younger days I’d be at the gym at 6am run 5k sub 30 minutes, 30 minute steam and 30 minute jacuzzi and be at work at 8am. Doing that for a few weeks and you would be amazed at how your mental health feels. I’m not quite at running 5k or walking 5k 5 days a week but I’m really going to try and make a conscious effort to try and get close to that.
