Another day another hurdle to climb, but i managed to get my hair cut, get the stuff for the back of the camper, get to the hollies to pick up my secret Santa, get back to Ginger and Browns pet store to get some cow horns for the dogs of our life for Christmas. Then get back to the meal for Christmas dinner with the A and E lot. Loads and loads going on but the last day of hoops to jump through tomorrow with the MOT but as Gary and James said the best thing we could have done was take it to Ford and let them look at it. They A. know what to look for to try and get as much money out of us as possible. B. They wouldn’t let us go if there was anyway of charging us for stuff.
The storage box is absolutely bloody huge but it will hold the awning and the awning accessories so that is exactly what we needed it to do. Seem quite flimsy but i have been assured by everyone that it is very very strong. Just need to get used to parking with it on the back now. I did try earlier on but ended up 6 inches into a bush.
It is mad to think that a week on Monday we go, then hopefully as close to 12 months as possible away as we can. I have seen that there is a new series of “Line of Duty” to be released so at least will have something to look forward to for when we get back. Just looking forward to MOT getting done and signed off then we have everything we need, except a decent quality laptop for editing. That may have to get sacrificed the only problem with that is it means a lot of messing about with Splice on my phone and means i will have to edit everything all of the time. However it is what it is.
