You would not believe what a difference the nice weather makes, well, that’s a stupid thing to say as in theory it is obvious what a difference it makes. It was still drizzling about 4 this morning and i was starting to question the decision to move further south early, questioning whether i should get the awning up last night or wait until today, for the first time on this trip we planned it bang on. We got out of the camper about 9ish and it was cloudy ish but then about 11am exactly when the forecast said it would it started to brighten up and then all day we have had had some and some cloud but it has been pleasantly warm. I was getting 50+ watts input on my Jackery! We have had the camper doors open, the awning open and all dried out, so tomorrow will be spent wiping floors and getting mud off the etc, the grass underfoot should be drier tomorrow meaning less mud getting traipsed through the camper.
Was thinking earlier on this is probably my least favourite site we have been on so far, nothing wrong with it but we have just been so spoilt so far with where we have stayed. Had sausage for breakfast, nothing with it just sausage. I started cooking them whilst i sent Lisa to the shop, but she came back and they had no bread so just ate 12 sausages dipped in red sauce.
There is a hill top castle near here so will be headed up that tomorrow, i will no doubt have the Beef in his baby carrier so i will be walking like hunchback of Notre Dam tomorrow afternoon. The problem is he is just so big, huge in fact. He is starting to giggle now, which is ultra cute. Its funny really because he is struggling to settle at night, partly because there’s always something going happening etc. To be fair his behaviour especially over the last 4 or so days has been nothing short of impeccable. Like his Dad ha ha ha ha
