Had a day at A&E today just sorting out the warehouse and bits like that. Rory woke up sounding bunged up and like he had a cold and to be fair he hasn’t really settled this afternoon because he cant have his dummy and breathe through his nose. Poor Wee Lamb, poor Lisa who has been on her own all afternoon with him.
Was quite sad leaving A and E today, i have enjoyed my time there been very good. I have enjoyed working with some of the people as well, will miss a couple. Trish bought me a lovely pen and nearly had me in tears. Bless her. The awning has been ordered the Dodge confirmed and we have also had to order the storage box and bike rack for the back of the camper, would have really struggled to get it sorted after new year bit glad the wheels are in motion. Been thinking about getting the “we quit” video recorded but just don’t want to tempt fate, had some decent progress money wise and hopefully should be complete before Xmas. And fortunately A and E are paying everyone early so getting paid on Friday instead of Monday.
Hopefully getting the the base fitted tomorrow at Holmes Chapel and be good to go to Spinney to have a look at what is about caravan and camper wise. We may have to make an impromptu trip to Scotland to sort some paperwork out but hopefully not as it will be a there and back day job. Sometimes needs must but lets see how it goes. The only thing that has annoyed me today is that the person that told us that they would fit the unit in the camper has now said he cannot fit it, didn’t give a reason just said cannot fit it in now, so how the hell i am supposed to fit that, may be an emergency call to Alex Maginnis to see if he can save the day!!
