Man alive did i have the bit between my teeth today, riled up from the telling off i got, i thought to myself i am having it today!! The ironic thing is, this is exactly he does it because he knows it will get one hell of a reaction out of me. So he knows exactly what he is doing. Clever really, probably to be fair but there was no way i was being in the same position as i was yesterday. No chnace. I was everywhere. I was like a man possessed. ALl i had going through my mind was “I cannot wait until the end of the day today so i can take my numbers to him and prove a point.
I finished the day on a similar number to the Tuesday so i was relatively content with that. Dont get me wrong i would have loved to have done considerably more but the footfall simply does not allow it. As i mentioned a few days ago, the lads on the stand have said that it has been a really difficult show to work on. So that does offer me some solace, but no solace in the fact that it costs a lot of money for me to be here and i feel bad for the Dodge.
Today was our prime time slot, smack bang in the middle of the day. We were in a similar situation with the Beef just on the verge of going to sleep so once again swooshing away. This time he fell asleep before we went on stage and slept right the way through it. As it was the middle of the day it was a bumper crowd as well. I have been so chuffed with how many people there have been and the kind people that stayed behind at the end to ask questions. It is always made to think that people spent time in there day to listen to us talk about Morocco. Sometimes have to pinch myself.
