In every country we have visited now i always find a beer that i drink there and then i always associate that beer with that country. For example in Spain it was Estrella Galicia, in Portugal it was Super Bock, Morocco is was Flag Special or Casablanca. I have found my Belgium brew and it is Jupiler. What a delight it is to drink. Had my first day at my new work today which went well. I have this thing now where as soon as well pull up anywhere the first thing i am doing is checking the quality of the internet. Then internet is always better abroad. The internet in the UK is gash. This park up has free wifi anyway but the mobile data is better than the wifi. We have been looking at our next stop or 2. We are just working out at which point to start heading south rather than keep getting pulled further and further east. But so far i have enjoyed Belgium and am happy to stay in it a bit longer.
I would be really interested to see how thrifty we could be for a whole month. As in free stop overs, do good for food and stuff like that. I think you would be surprised how cheaply you can do it. It just depends on what standard of park ups you are happy with. The thing is with the weather you can rely on solar and i could easily charge the jackery throughout the day vias solar as well. I think that would make a great blog. How cheap can i live on the road? Sounds very good to me…
