I now have worked 12 days of a 13 day stretch. To say i’m shattered is an understatement but i have tomorrow left before i can have a day off on Sunday, then i have 6 days from Monday to Saturday then that will be 20 days working out of 21. But as i’m sure you can imagine i don’t go on about it too much. My feet are starting to recover now and i have had a painful ankle and i don’t know how i did it. I think because of the uneven ground at Dubbed Out i must have rolled it. But it is very very painful.
The young lad that started on Monday has done really well this week, he is very very intelligent and i have been able to leave him to his own devices and he has been getting on with stuff which has meant that i have been able to do other bits and pieces. I have spent an hour today going through some stuff with the Dodge so we are now brand ambassadors officially for A and E Leisure so that means we can help epople with discount codes, we have been doing it for a little while now but i have access to systems etc so i suppose it is now oofficial.
We have finally taken the plunge and got a 12v TV today, although we intend to spend most of our time with access to electric it is always nice ot have options to be able to watch a TV whilst not on EHU. 9 more sleeps until we set off, we are trying to plan what we want to do. I would like to go to Dunkirk and do some war related stuff on north coast of France. I had an amazing holiday with my Dad when i was wee where we did the Normandy beaches and stuff like. It is one of my fondest childhood memories with my Dad, We went to see the graves and war memorials os it would be ncie to do that with the Beef like my Dad did with me.
