You will have heard me talk about how tiring the shows are and how much they make my feet hurt but what i have done today is totally counter productive for someone who suffers with bad feet. The walk from Belmont Hall to AnE is about 3 miles and it has absolutely battered my feet and by the time i had gotten to work i was already sweating buckets and done in. In hindsight probably shouldn’t have walked but i am sure i will be fine.
I set off from the campsite at about 8am and it was a good 45 minute walk. But i had my Moroccan air pods on and i have been really trying to get into the Artic Monkey latest album called “The Car”. I am getting there with it now. I went through a similar process when i first started listening to “Tranquillity Base Hotel and Casino”. I am on warehouse duties this week and try to get ready for the show. The Dodge was not in today so him and Jen/ Gina (dont ask) can put a plan together for what is going to go where. I get a bit of stick for being “The Wind Break Guy”. SO she sent me a picture with a section for wind breaks on it. But to be fair the new Pronto 4 wind break is incredible and for a wind break to be up and down in 10 seconds is brilliant.
I spent the afternoon trying to tidy up one of the sections of the warehouse and just as i was starting to get somewhere i got the dreaded list through of stuff that needs to be picked. SO the chairs id just unboxed and put tidily need to be pulled out and taken down stairs. Which is a bit of a pain. It was a 5pm finish today which is conducive to the Dodge working from home. He loves a working over and finishing late but he always reimburses you for it. I have always been used to staying behind or working over where ever i have been. It is worth noting that i can get discount codes on stuff from A and E so if you ever need anything from them let me know and i will get you a good deal. Very good very nice.
