What a lovely day we have had today. Well i woke up this morning in the camper on my sisters driveway as that was where we slept last night so we could have a drink. It was weird though because i was more worried about yobs in Stoke than i was in Morocco which is a bit mad when you think about it. I suppose it is because i know what people from Stoke are like ha ha ha. I woke at 6am and needed the toilet but frustratingly we didn’t pack the Thetford 165. SO had to wait for someone to wake up in the house. I rang both my nephews my sister and no answer from anyone. Eventually we saw curtains move just gone 7am, I couldn’t get out the camper quick enough haha.
The best part was after we were up and ready we went to look at the motorhome and measure up and just sit about in it. We were there for nearly 2 hours just chilling in it and talking about our plans. The beef loves the back bed already. Going to get one of those bolster type cushions so he’s got his own wee den on there in the day for his naps. He’ll have his travel cot with mattress for sleeping (and playing) in and it fits perfectly at the dinette area.
We are needing name suggestions for the Motorhome and some input on if we should come up with another name…we like the idea of something like Life on the Road / Motorhome Diaries / The Skelton’s Motorhome Travels / The Roaming Skelton’s would love to hear your thoughts and ideas.
