It should be the last hot day, well i say that but it still felt really hot muggy but instead of the camper being 33 degrees on the inside it was only 25 which makes a huge huge difference. Certainly for the next week or so it should be low 20s and we cannot wait. Ness and Gee are gutted about the cool weather but me and Lisa clenching our fists celebrating!! I think we have a plan for the remainder of our time in Morocco we think we are going to stay on this site for April and then head back North to La Relais for a week or 2 and then head to Tangier med to head back into Europe on the 16th May. We have started planning June and onwards but I wont disclose those yet. It is something I am very excited about.
This amazing little spot in Morocco that I just have to share with you! Taghazout, a cosy fishing village turned surf haven, is located just a short drive from Agadir and has a super chill vibe that makes you feel right at home.
Wandering through the village, you’ll find narrow streets filled with charming cafes, local art, and cool little shops. Make sure to visit the lively markets, where you can grab some tasty Moroccan treats and find unique, handmade souvenirs.
Surf’s up in Taghazout! With famous surf spots like Anchor Point and Panorama Beach, you’ll find waves perfect for any skill level. But if you’re not into surfing, you can still enjoy the gorgeous beaches, take a relaxing camel ride, or explore the nearby Paradise Valley – it’s seriously breathtaking!
One of my favorite things about Taghazout is its incredible sunsets. Just imagine watching the sun dip into the Atlantic while the sky turns all shades of pink and orange – pure magic. Be sure to snap some pics, because you’ll want to remember these moments forever.
In the evenings, Taghazout’s laid-back atmosphere really shines. Chat with fellow travelers and locals over a delicious meal, and you’ll soon feel like you’re part of the family. The sense of community and warmth in this village is truly special.
So if you’re looking for a low-key, authentic Moroccan experience with a touch of adventure, definitely add Taghazout to your must-visit list. I know I’ll be coming back for more!
I really like this site, we are on a row now with a few other English people and i always wave at all the French people that walk past. There has been a sharp exodus of French people from Morocco probably since just after Ramadan started. I think if we came back we would do 6 months from November until April and enjoy the winter in the sun. The whole digital nomad thing has pretty much revolutionised what we can do, there was a time we were thinking we would have to be back come May time but I am confident now of being out on the road until August time. The dream as we have mentioned is to be on the road full time but a few hoops left to get through but that is what we are aiming for.
All sounds great, I had only been to Marrakesh would love to see some of the places you mentioned. Enjoy X
