Diary Entry – 20th March 2023

Today has been the 2nd day where i have made a point of getting out of bed early. At about 6am i have been getting up as the Beef is awake and popping him in his push chair and getting out and about, we usually go and do the dishes and do the milk bottles for the day. By the time we have done that the sun is usually just rising. The benefit of it is that he then is ready for a sleep and i can get the laptop out and do some admin work etc. Be it diary entries, other social media posting or just reading the news. Having that bit of time in the morning allows Lisa to have an extra couple of hours in bed and allows me some computer time.

The general consensus is that we all like this site. Very much so, the location like i mentioned before is perfect. It just allows so many different options for filling your day. Be it a pool day, beach day or a going into town day. Obviously with me starting work I am limited as to what I can do in the day, only doing 4 hours a day so working 12-4 today but that will make its way down to 10 – 2 within the week. Meaning that I still have a lot of the day remaining. We are planning on having a day out on Saturday to the Agadir cable car that looks as though it takes you to the top of a hill that has castle walls on it. IM sure it is more interesting than that but that is what it is in its simplest form. We will also call into the Carrefour and Decathlon to stock up and i am going to buy some running shoes as there is a little gym here and i fancy starting to try and run 5km in the morning again.

We had been planning to have a roast dinner for a little while and with our extra visit to the Carrefour Ness and Gee had bought everything that was required. So yesterday was the day. The funny thing was that so many times i have walked past a camper and smelt something incredible, i never seem to get that from my camper but about 7 or 8 campers down you could smell the roast being prepared. Safe to say it was probably the best meal we have had since we have been away, and it even came with gravy and being a northern lad. I love gravy. The only problems is now they have run out of gravy as well. Thank you so much Ness!! Incredible!!
